Stardust Wallpaper Control 2003 is a simple application that lets you change and configure your PC desktop wallpaper, without having to access the Screen Properties tool in Windows.

It has a simple graphic interface that lets you change the image just by clicking the mouse. With the aim of rapid access, Stardust Wallpaper Control 2003 adds an icon in the system toolbar from which you can adjust all the program configurations.

Among other options, Stardust Wallpaper Control 2003 lets you choose any photo saved in your PC to use as a wallpaper, and you can centre it, stretch it to occupy the whole monitor, or have it as a mosaic. Once the images you want are selected, you can indicate the change time from every 30 minutes to 1, 2 or 4 hours.
